Planned Tonite

A “Hillbilly Party” will be held
tonight at 6:30 by fee Youth Aux

were discussed at a, meeting of
that group last night at fee

Hamburgers will be fried and
served with all the trimmings at

and Mrs. A. J. Handy of St. Paul,
Minn., in a 5:00 o’clock home cere
mony Saturday afternoun. Novem
ber 10. Elder W. E. Turner, Prim
itive Baptist minister of Wilson,

Five tables of bridge -were in
play last night when Mrs. John
Ciccone entertained members of
Friendly Dozen bridge club and
additional guests. A profusion of
vari-colored chrysanthemums ad
ded to the attractiveness of the
Ciccone home. An exceptionally
lovely arrangement of red and
White bloom* graced the dining,
room table for the occasion.
When guests arrived they were
served a dessert course consisting
of lemon tarts, nuts and coffee.
During the games, the players en-
Jpyed soft drinks, cheese crackers,
and brownies.
j When scores were tallied at the
end of the evening, Mrs. L. P.
Stephens was found to have the
highest score among the club
members. Her gift was an attrac
tive plate, and the traveling award,

fry last night at 6:15 at the home
of Mr. Ralph Maxwell.
