• Miss Ruth Hall, daughter of the
Rev. and Mrs. R. F. Hail of Lilling
ton, recently accepted a position
as research chemist in hte Dupont
industries of Wilmington, Del. Miss
Hall, who received a Master of Arts
degree in textile chemistry this
summer from the University of
Maryland did her undergraduate
work at Meredith College, Raleigh,
where she was major in home eco
nomics. She also worked a year at
Rich’s Department store in Atlan
ta, Ga.
