Dunn Girls,
JVs Play At
Newton Grove
The Dunn High girls basketball
and the Dunn Junior Varsity go to
; Newton Grove tonight for a twin-
Mil with the high school teams
there.
| Coach Sybil Barrett’s girls wi'l
be trying to even the books tonight,
at the Grove since the recocrd
reads 2 wins, 3' losses, and 1 tie.
The wins came over Anderson
C”e„k and Coats High, the tie was
with Lillington, and the losses
came from the Clinton, Benhaven.
and Sanfford teams.
It will be quite an assignment
for the local gals to lick the foe
tonight, however, as the Newton
Grove have disposed of 14 oppon
ents while yielding to none this
season. So the Grecnie eats will
really have to plav a swell ball
game to win this one.
Coach Godwin’s bovs about the
same record ns the eirls. and tilthv
will be arter a win also. Three of
the JV’s are having to bolster the
varsity now, so there will be more
