Church met Tuesday night at 8 o'-

Monday night at 7:30. The meeting

Harold Jemigan were married on
February 15 in , a ceremony that
took place in Dillon, S. C.
The bride before her marriage
made her home In Dunn on Route I
4 with her aunt and uncle, Mr. and
Mrs. E. B. Jemigan of Coats.
The only attendants for* the
couple were Miss Rosalie Smith
and Mr. Roy Jemigan. The bride
was attired in a navy suit with
navy accessories.
The couple will make their home
in Albany, Ga. where the bridegroom
is stationed with the Air Force.
Mrs. Jemigan attended Dunn High
School before her marriage and

MEETS AT HOME OF MRS. CORBETT
The Twentieth Century Book
Club members and guests were
graciously entertained when they
met at the home of Mrs. C. L. Cor
bett Wednesday afternoon at 3:30
for their monthly meeting.
The spacious Corbett home was
most attractively arranged with
lovely bouquets of jon
quils, gladiolius and other spring
flowers being used in the rooms of
the home. .
The hostess served a delectable
plate of refreshments to the group
when they.arrived which consisted
of chicken salad sandwiches, devil
ed eggs, pickles,* cheese straws,
cherry tarts and coffee.
Mrs. Billy Hodges, secretary of
the club presided over the bus
iness 1 session and Mrs. Earl West
brook read the minutes of the last
meeting and they were approved.

the direction of Miss Ann Lamb
and Miss Myrtle Register, it was
reported by Mrs. Ruby Hood of
Dunn, President.
Speaker for the meeting was
Robert J. Murphy, State Board of
Health Pediatrics consultant. Mrs.
Hood presided and Miss Lamb in
troduced the speaker. 1
Among the 32 who attended, those
from the Dunn area Included;.Mrs.
Hood, Mrs. Louise M. Dodson, Mrs.
Lucille Harris, and Mrs. Theresa
McGruder. A buffet supper was
served at the conclusion of the ad

The next meeting has been set
for Clinton on March 11.
