THURSDAY AFTERNOON, FEBRUARY 21, 1952 Winsome Class Os Baptist Church (Meets Tuesday Eve -The Winsome Sunday School Class of the Dunn First Baptist Church met Tuesday night at 8 o'- clock at the home of Mrs. Ralph Snipes. Miss Virginia Pittard was xo-hostess for the meeting. Mrs. Curtis Ennis, president of the class presided over the busi-, Hess session and Mrs. W. E. Ryals led the opening prayer. The min utes of the last meeting were given by the secretary, Mrs. J. M. Daw- Various committee reports »-»«re heard. A social hour followed the busi ness discussion. Ap each member arrived at the first of the meeting phe was given a paper cher ry. All the decorations carried out Ahe George Washington Birthday theme. Red and white gladioli, hy acinths, and quince composed the floral arrangements for the home. The bride before her marriage made her home In Dunn on Route I 4 with her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Jemigan of Coats. CORBETT The Twentieth Century Book Club members and guests were graciously entertained when they met at the home of Mrs. C. L. Cor bett Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 for their monthly meeting. The spacious Corbett home was most attractively arranged with lovely bouquets of jon quils, gladiolius and other spring flowers being used in the rooms of the home. .
