PAGE FOUR Baptist Circle Meets In Erwin Mrs. Almet Lovick was hostess to members of the Louise Hill Circle at her home Tuesday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Mrs. Harvey Bass gave the de votional and led the group in pray er. The program entitled “Prelude To Lottie Moon offering" was giv en by Mrs. Paul Holmes and Mrs. Bud Strickland. The group planned to remember their shut-ins with Thanksgiving baskets. The hostess served fruit cake, salted nuts, potato chips and cof fee to: Mrs. Paul Holmes. Sandra Ralph Has Erwin Wiener Roast Mr*. Frank Ralph entertained fyer daughter Sandra on her 10th birth ' day with a wiener roast at the Park Center Thursday from 5 to 7 o'clock. Following the roast Mrs. Ralph invited the group back into the Park Center where they enjoyed dancing and Sandra opened her gifts. Assisting Mrs. Ralph with the I party was her oldest daughter. Mrs. Roy Cameron presided over the meeting which was opened with prayer and Mrs. Thurman Gaster gave the devotional. During the business session plans , were made to remember the shut ins at Thanksgiving and also to make a sunshine box for a patient at the sanatorium. The group also dascupsed their ChrigLmigs party. It was announced that the circle ! would send clothes to Korea and they are to get them to Mrs. Rich- j ard Webb within the next two j weeks.
