Monds-Herring Wedding Plans Are Announced Miss Sandra Anne Herring an nounces plans to marry William Leonard Monds in a double ring"' ceremony on Sunday. August 25. The Rev. Eugene Olive of Win ston-Salem, uncle of the bride will perform the ceremony at Spring Branch Baptist Church at 5:30 p. m. Wedding music will be pre sented by Miss Olive Gray Herr ing, sister of the bride, organist and Mr. Sherrill Williams, solo ist. She will be given in marriage by her father and maid of honor will be Miss Betty Ann Barefoot, with Mrs. Emily I^evinson of Greenville as matron of honor. Bridesmaids will be Adelaide Monds of Greenville, Janet War ren, Annie Jean Strickland and Ida Sue Jackson. Sammye Grace Strickland and Beth Monds will be flower girls. Best man will be Mr. Monds father. Ushers will include David Herring, Jr., Red Tart, Richard Monds of Greenville, brother of the bridegroom and Charles Lev inson of Greenville. Miss Slaughter was presented a corsage of yellow daisies and her gifts from the hostesses were a piece of silver from Mrs. 'West brook and TV tables from Mrs. Davis. The tables on the lawn were covered with green cloths and centered with a rustic basket with yellow daisies and asters. The supper consisted of fried chicken, deviled eggs, ham bis - cuits, potato salad, with iced tea. Approximately 24 guests attend ed.
