Broadcaster Sues Florida Officials QUINCY, Fla. (IP) — A $10,000 damage suit was filed ifi federal court in Thomasville, Ga., today against the mayor and chief of police of Bainbridge. The suit, involving freedom of the press, was filed by Ben Let son, owner of Quincy radio sta tion WNCH. It charges false im prisonment as a resuLt of the ar rest of Leison for broadcasting a football game between Bainbridge and Quincy on Nov. 1. Tallahassee attorney J. He posted a $200 bond at city jail and was released, but later was fined $200 in city court. The arrest followed a hide-and seek game between Bainbridge authorities and Letson.
