They were given a hearing be fore a United States Commission er In Wilmington 'niursday. James McLain. Dunn, and Jam es Capps and Haywood Stewart, both of Benson, were released un der $500 bond for the next term of U. s. District Court in Wilming ton. They were arrested by ATTU agents in the White Oak section of Bladen County Wednesday. Agents said the three men were at a still site where 96 gallons of non-taxpaid whiskey were located. The still was a steam outfit with a capacity of 3,000 gallons. Also found at the still site were 1,600 gallons of mash. “ Confiscated was a 1953 Bulck car and numerous pieces of equip ment such as a steam boiler and a still.
