Scout Jamboree Set For July Harnett District Boy Scouts who would like to attend the National Jamboree next summer will have to act last to get their reservations in, according to District Executive Dick Walters. Walters said that the Ooconeechee Council can send a maxium of 331 boys and they already have 119 paid reservations and haven't even started to promote ii yet. Over 50,000 Scouts will camp at Valley Forge, Pa., from July 17-23. Included in the sight-seeing trip will be Washington D 0., Philadel phia, three days In New York City and the World’s Nehv the Hall eg Fame at Cooperstown, N. Y., arid Niagara Falls.
