STOP signs mean nothing to a great number of people. This is very discouraging, and very dang erous, as it causes wrecks. Sampson Man Hurt In Wreck A 31-year-old Newton Grove man James Cleveland Williams, is a patient at Sampson Memorial Hospital at Clinton as a result of injuries received m a Sunday au tomobile wreek.
