WARBLING CONTEST—An annual event in the Belgian town of Dottignies is the festival of bird singing. Bramble finch are placed in light-proof cages spaced out on the main street. As the cage lids are opened and each bird sees day light its singing is measured by marking wooden sticks with chalk. The bird which sings the most is winner. "StillJn The Dark" 400 Are Searching For Missing Trio PHILADELPHIA, Miss. (UPI) —! A force of sailors hunting for three missing civil rights workers w;is in-! creased today from 200 to 400 men.!
