Dunn Hatchery In Bankruptcy Dunn Hatcheries, Inc., operat ed here for more than a dozen years by its president, J. Leon Godwin, well-known Dunn business man, has filed a bankruptcy petition in U. S. District Court at Raleigh. The petition was filed by his attorney, D. K. Stewart of Dunn. In the petition, Mr. Godwin states that his firm owes approxi mately $68,700 and has assets of $21,432. Mr. Godwin said today that he was forced into bankruptcy by one of his chief creditors, Security Mills ,Inc. Security Mills holds four chattel mortgages against Dunn Hatch eries and other property owned by Godwin and his wife, Mrs. Mae Jackson Godwin.
