Mrs. Ross Hosts Young At Hearts In a beautifully decorated Greenville Center with an Autumn setting, the Young At Heart Club held their monthly meeting on Nov. 21. _ At the luncheon meeting, a pre-ThanksgTvmg program was given by Mrs. Aldriche Ross after a prayer was given by Dr. J. W. Smith. Thanks giving readings were_given by Mrs. Sally P. Kelly, and a short talk was given on "Am I really thankful." "For wTiat am 1 thankful", and "How thankful am I” was given by Mrs. Hardy Liston. A memor ial service was held in honor of Ms. YVillette Lino, a decease member of the club. Remarks were given during the service by Mrs. Estella Stowe and Dr. Smith and a poem was read by Mrs. Kelly. Professor of Family Sociology from Bow man Gray School of Medicine. Winston Salem. North Caro lina^ His theme will be "Better Marriages - Better Families • Better Communities"; a brief history of the council by a charter member. Mrs. J. Z. Watkins and the proposed pro gram for 1975. All groups and organiza tions who promote any phase of family life- education or whose job calTs for working with various family and iu dividual problems, are urged to attend.
