Rev. Turner Will Conduct Clinton Chapel’s Holy Week Revival nynarence Chisholm U-i—'Post Staff Writer Rev. Lemuel Turner, pastor of Shiloh A\JE Zion Church of Staten Island, New York, will be Clinton Chapel's guest speaker for Holy Week, which begins Sunday, March 23 and ends Friday, March 28. .. Prior to the Holy Week ser vices Clinton Chapel has been conducting several Home Prayer meetings within the communitites. The prayer meetings will end March 21 and a Fellowship Worship will initiate the Holy Week activ ities. After the Worship there will be a dinner for the mini sters and their wives. ..The public is invited to attend. ..The Mecklenburg General Baptist Association, modera tor Rev. J. B. Humphrey, has composed, completed and be gan processing their evange listic crusade, to begin Sunday March 23. ..The Mecklenburg General Baptist Association includes membership of the following churches: First Baptist. Humphrey** pastor, with a Prayer Vigil. ..Monday, March 24. 7:30 the churches will divide into groups of 6 each and services will be held at: Cluster 1-First Mt. Zion, 1515 Remount Road, Cluster 2-Ebenezer Baptist, 731 East Trade Street, and Cluster 3-Friendship Baptist. 3301 Beatties Ford Road. ..Tuesday-Friday services will be held at 7 p.m. in the Charlotte Park Center, 310 King Street. There will be a 300-voice choir to perform un der the direction of L. G. Stroud, and a 200-voice vocal choir to perform some old hymn singing for the public. The preacher for the various nights will be Rev. T. A. Lowry, Tuesday night. Rev. J. B. Humphrey Wednesday night. Rev. William Lee Jr„ Thursday night. Rev. N. E. Kerry Friday night.
