WSOC-TV To Present 44The Fourth King” December 23 i Ted Ross (the lion in "The Wiz" on Broadway and in the new film) and Laurie Beech man (of Broadway’s “Annie”) are among the film and TV performers who speak for principal characters in "The Fourth King,” the original animated musical on Channel Nine Friday, December 23 at 8:30 p.m. Ross is heard as Lion; Bee chman as Sparrow. On the way, Sparrow finds some friends (Turtle, Beaver and Rabbit) who go along on the adventure-filled trip to Bethlehem. When they arrive. Sparrow offers a gilt, a song oi love for all living things.
