Willie Strafford ...U.S. Postal Official Forum Set For Sheriff Candidates ECO, the Ex-Convicts Or ganization, will hold a forum for candidates for Sheriff Tuesday, April 4, at 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, located at 200 West Trade Street. Each of the candidates pre |V>t will be asked questions "icerning law enforcement, crimihal justice and correc tions, by a panel moderated by Park Todds, who has worked with prisoners both as a direc tor of Volunteers in Service to America and as a member of the staff of The Division of Youth Services in Raleigh, and the North Carolina De partment of Corrections. Panelists questioning the candidates will include Jim Bladk, of WGIV-Radio; Louise Fowler, an attorney; Art Griffin of the Legal Aid Soci ety; Willie Stratford of the U. S. Postal Service; and Monsignor Hugh Dolan of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church. The candidates vying for the Democratic nomination f o r Sheriff of Mecklenburg Coun ty are Bobby Jock Cain, 2841 Attaberry Drive; Ed Cobb, 9051 Singing Pine Road; Nor man Craig Freeman, Route 3, Box 33F, Steele Creek Road; Vivian Galloway, 438 Vickery Drive; James F.
