Counts. 1604 Patton Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina, was recently selected for pro motion to rank of Lieutenant Colonel by the United States Air Force. The Lieutenant Colonel selectee is currently assigned to Tyndall AFB, Panama City, Florida and serves as Commander of the Aeroepace Defense Command NCO Professional Military Education School.
