What a blessed assurance
the believer has in the Lord!
Salvation is not a hope so,
think so, maybe so, but a know
so! What more assurance
could you want? Christ holds
me in His hand, and the
Father holds me in His hand.
You cannot destroy this assur
ance 1 have. If you do not have
the assurance of salvation,
then you are not saved.
"Listen very ciôëeiy, "Ail
things are delivered to me of
my Father, and no man
knoweth who the Son is, but
the Father; and who the Fath
I er is, but the Son, AND HE TO
WHOM THE SON WILL
REVEAL Hill." (Lk. 10:22)
My heart is rejoiced to know
that Christ and the Father
have been REVEALED to my -
heart. Salvation is Christ re
vealed to your heart.
Has Christ been revealed to
your heart? I have all I need in
Christ, what more could I
want? Christ is all in all. And I
know of a surety, that the.
greatest thing in all . this uni
verse is just to know Christ as
your Lord and your Saviour.
Knowing Him is the Blessed
Assurance, Christ is mine, and
I am His. Do you know Christ?
Salvation is a Person, and
that Person is the Lord Jesus
Christ. Doing the "best you
can" will not save you because
salvation does not come by
works of righteousness which
we have done, "but according
to his mercy he saved us, by
the washing of regeneration,
and renewing of the Holy
Ghost; Which he shed on us
abundantly through Jesus
Christ our Saviour."

Have you been regene
rated? If you have, you know
it When the blessed Holy
Spirit raises you from death
(Eph. 1:1). and. makes you
alive, you know it. The first
thing you see is that you are a
lost sinner. Before you can be
saved you MUST be awakened
to your lost condition! Don't
get away from that eternal
fact my friend. I know that the
preachers tell you that all you
have to do to be saved is just
"believe." A dead man cannot
believe. Apart from the resur
recting power of the Holy
Spirit you are DEAD. As a
sinner dead in trespassing and
sins, you can no more believe
nn rhrtat than a dead body out
cemetery.

gives you faith to lay hold of
Christ. When the Holy Spirit
reveals Christ to your heart.
He gives you faith to believe
on Christ to the salvation of
your poor lost tired soul.
I know it was so in my case.
I was so tired, tired of carry
ing the load of sin on my back,
tired of unbelief that was
sinking me lower and lower. I
was tired of being under con
viction, but He was growing in
my heart a hunger after
Christ. But bless the Lord,
when the Holy Spirit revealed
Christ to me. all the burden of
sin fell off my back and He left
me rejoicing in Christ. In the
quietness of that moment. He
showed me He had blessed me
from eternity to eternity and

Fever, contrary to popular
belief, is not in itself an
enemy In fact, it is an ally
warning us that something is
wrong with the body. It is not
the fever itself but the cauae of
the fever which represents the
danger.
There are many myths
and old wives' tales about
fever, one of which is that the
seriousness of the illness is
indicated by how high the
fever is. This is not the case.
Many serious childhood ill
nesses carry low-grade fever
or no fever at all while some
less severe illnesses record
very high temperatures
Another myth is that lower

Then it was easy to believe
him, wherein just before I
could not believe Him. God
saves a sinner in the least
expected moment; you were
not expecting to be saved, you
thought you'd be lost forever.
I know that it has been said
around; "The way Bro' Little
is preaching is not preached in
the churches today," he is
declaring some new doc
trine." You are right when you
say that what I am preaching
is not being preached in the
churches today, but you are
wrong when you say I am
preaching some new doctrine
because I am only preaching
the same doctrine that Paul
and John preached. It has
been right here in the Word all
these years. It is just that your
understanding has never been
opened to see the WAV of
GRACE. God's word is very
plain my friend.
Everv believer can say with
Mrs. Crosby, "Blessed Assur
ance Jesus is mine, O' what a
foretaste of glory divine." Can
you say that? 1 can. If you can
say that, you are not going
around trying to destroy me
before others.
Every believer is an heir of
salvation, chosen in Him be- _
fore the foundation of the
world (Eph. 1:4). Then every
believer was called in time
and justified (Rom. 8:30). And
one day, praise the Lord, He's
coming for me and will glorify .
me. What a day of rejpicing in
Christ that will be. Are you
looking for the Lord? I am.
But my business is to be
occupied til He comes, which I
believe is soon.
All this is true because God
elected me before the found
ation of the world in Christ.
Christ came and purchased
my redemption, and the Holy
Spirit came and regenerated
me.
We can sum it up like this;
when you look to the Father,
you see election, when you
look to the Son, you see
redemption, when you look to
the Spirit, you see regenera
tion.
As you can see, all three
Persons in the God-Head have
a part in your salvation, deny
either One and you have no
salvation. Salvation is not a
plan, Salvation is a Person.
I see people out in the world
from time to time, people who
are considered noble; lawy
ers, doctors, judges etc who
tell me how they read my
messages in the POST but
they never tell me how the
Lord is dealing with their
hearts. How is the Lord deal
ing with your hearts my
friend? Do you want to know
Christ'
The world as a whole is
gone Many of you say you
know it is gone but there is no
crying or mourning in your
heart after Christ.
We are right here in the
times of the Xmas season, but
nownere in my BiDie oo I find
a commandment to celebrate
the Birth of my Lord. You do
not know when Christ was
born. Read in Jeremiah 10 and
see that this Xmas celebration
is a heathen tradition of men
and the Lord told His people to
"learn not the way of the
heathen." That is why I do not
celebrate or participate in the
Xmas celebration. You have
not done what you have been
commanded by God to do, how
in the name of High Heaven
are you going to do that which
He did not command?
I praise the Lord for the
Blessed Assurance H? has
given me in Christ. Do you,
know Christ? Oh may He turn
you unto Himself is my prayer
because the door of grace will
soon be shut. Turn to Him now
before it is too late my friends.
For one day you will wish you
had turned to Him. I'm glad
He turned me unto Himself.

schedule of which is contained in the General Provisions of
the specifications. Bid forms, specifications and plans are on
file at the office of the Airport Manager, Douglas Municipal^
Airport, Charlotte, North Carolina ; Talbeert, Cox 4 Associ
ates, Inc. 901 East Boulevard (P.O. Box 3231), Charlotte,
North Carolina 28203, upon deposit of thirty dollars ($30.00).
Half of this deposit will be returned, except to the successful
bidder, upon receipt of the documents in good condition
within ten days after receipt of bids and provided a bona fide
bid has been submitted.
