Aa District Manager, Fuller will have responsibility Tor serving North Carolina whole salers in Wilmington, Fayette ville, Lumberton, Rocking· Vw and Sanford, as well as ttirRaleigh area. Fuller, 40, has been employ ed by Anheuser-Busch for 10 years, serving from 1975-1978 as regional representative. Prior to that, be served as route supervisor at Anheuser Busch's Washington, D.C. branch. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Fuller attended George Washington Univer sity from 1971 to 1873 majoring in business administration. Fuller, Ms wife, Dottle, and IS, and John, 8, reside in Raleigh. Bryon Bullard Appointed To Ommiittoei RALEIGH-Pyron Bullard, administrator of Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, nas, been appointed a member of the state Medical Care Advi-. sorv Committee bv Dr. Sarah T. Morrow, Secretary of the · North Carolina Department of Human Resources. Bullard will be'representlng the N.C. Hospital Association on the committee. The committee is composed of IS members. The purpose of the committee is to advise the Division of Medical Assist-' ance of the Department at Human Resources «η issues involving the state's Medicaid program. The committee also has the responsibility for re viewing proposed rules at pub- j lie hearings under the Admin istrative Procedures Act Federal regulations require all states to have such an advisory committee. The com mittee's membership is com posed at both health care ! providers and consumers.. ■ Medicaid is a program de- | signed to provide health care , for low-Income people. Funds ' for the program in North Carolina come from federal, state and county revenues.
