Gum Disease
Dentists make a habit of warning patients about
gum disease and the damage it can cause, including
being the primary cause of loosing teeth. But some
people do not heed warnings, and others don’t go near
a dentist where they would be reminded of them. So,
you may be doing your family a favor if you clip and
save this list of the seven danger sighs of gum
disease:
-Any changes in the way the teeth meet when biting
down.
- Gums seem to be “shrinking away” from the teeth.
- Teeth becoming loose for no apparent reason.
- Bleeding gums when brushing and flossing teeth.
- Inflamed, soft or swollen gums.
- Pus coming from around the teeth, when pressure

- Bad breath.
Any one of these signals could mean gum disease is
present and in progress, but there can be other causes
too. The only way to be certain is to visit your dentist
and let him examine the suspect areas you have
discovered by being alert
When plaque is not removed daily, by proper
brushing and flossing, tartar forms, and this can force
gums away from your teeth, allowing pockets of
infection to form between the teeth. Left unfetiandart

under the teeth, and be the cause of ha virig to remove
some or all of the teeth.
Allowing one's self to be unaware of what is taking
place in his own mouth is similar to ignoring a red
traffic signal; it could prove to be dangerous.
