Prophet's Column — . “1 Shall Reign With Him” r»y j. ,yi. Lillie Kev 20:6 "Blessed and holy is he that part in the first resurrection on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ and shall rei^n w ith Him a thousand years " I don’t care what agnostics and amillenialists say, the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back to reign on this earth for a thousand years And bless your heart, I shall reign w ith Him Praise the Lord. Yes, I shall reign with Him because back in eternity God chose me (Eph. 1:4) in Christ; in unie me rtoiy bpiril awak ened me (Eph. 2:1) and convinced me of sin, right eousness and judgment <Jn 16:7-11) and revealed Christ to my heart (I Tim. 1:16-16). Now, I’ve got something to praise the Lord for. You can count me as the scum of the earth. But I know my Lord is coming back for me and then I shall reign with Him. I’m looking forward to His coming soon Are you? Everywhere you turn today the Second Coming of Christ is scoffed at, His righteous rule on this earth for a thousand years is also scoffed at. But I know He is coming to rule and reign on this earth and I can't help but praise Him for savins me and making it so that I am going to rule and reign with Him! You can't stop Him from coming and you can't stop me from ruling and reigning with Him. God decreed it from the foundation of the world and there is not a demon in Hell or out of Hell that is going to stop God’s decree from coming to pass. Fight it to your soul's damnation if you will but ten thousand years from today, you will wish you had bowed the knee to Christ as your Lord here in time. Listen, . friend: “And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Phil. 2:11). That means you, my unbelieving friend, are going to confess that Jesus is Lord, whether you get saved or not. Paul said in the tenth verse that “every knee shall bow.” And bow vou will but not in mercy if you go on out of Christ. Every infidel shall bow; Soviet President Ko sygin who died just recent ly shall bow his knee that day at the judgement (Rev. 20) and confess that Christ is his Lord, also. You’ll either bow here in mercy or I J. M. Little there in judgment Which shall it be, my friend? f very modernist, skeptic ; nd amillenialist shall bow iod says you shall bow, and you will bow. You may laugh and make fun of me now calling me crazy, but there that day at the judg ment you'll beg God for another chance but you'll not have another chance then, my friend. Now is the day of salvation. What will you do? You can’t go on like you are going, if you do, you will bow there that day confessing Christ as your Lord and hear these awful words; “Depart from me ye workers of iniquity into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels." Many of will l-UIIie UaCK llKe this; “well, Christ said it was prepared for the devil and his angels.” But you had better look closely and see that he wasn’t address ing the devils when he gave that command. Yes, the fire of Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels, but unless you repent and turn to Christ, you are going to hear those awful words one day, my friend. You will not escape the judgment and Hell of God if you go on in rebellion. You are going to die and face the judgment. Yes, I’m glad the Lord saved this sinner and I have a place of rulership in His kingdom. Here in time, you may say I’m not quali fied for a position of au thority, I thank you, I don’t need one here, Christ has a place of authority for me in His kingdom. He qualified me to rule with Him. I had rather rule with Christ than with you. I don’t know what posi tionof management He l shall give me, but I praise the Lord for it. The death, burial and ressurection of Christ for me qualifies me to reign with Him. I would not exchange one hair’s breath of what I have in Christ for ten thousand worlds of gold and silver. Are you going to reign with Him? "And the LORD shall be King over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.” (Zech 14:9). Also there shall be a yearly pilgrim age up to Jerusalem to worship the Lord. (Zech 14:16) The Lord’s reign shall be a righteous reign, , one that shall bring true Kvo'-t w uk: carin, i nere will be no peace on this earth until the Prince of peace comes to rule. Dur ing the righteous and peaceful rule of my Lord all the wild beasts of the forests shall be at peace with one another and with man, a little child will lead a lion, the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall pet his hand on the cockatrice’s den. All the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord. Head all about it there in Isaiah 11. I don't know what position the Lord has set aside for me; He may make me governor of this state, I don’t know. But it is also said that the cattle shall feed in large pas tures. So I hope the Lord will also let me have a farm. I love the soil and like to watch things grow. The curse will be lifted From the ground, so the ruit trees and vegetables A’ill grow beyond our magination. The Old pio leers found grass out on he plains that reached the horse's belly, but during the Millenial reign of Christ the grass will grow beyond the horse’s or cow's belly. It will be one peaceful reign with Christ. Don't you wnat to reign with Him0 I'm looking forward to it. Every officer in the go vernment will be a born again believer. Every city councilman, mayor, go vernor, senator, represent ative, cabinet officer, all the military officers, the ambassadors, all shall be bornagain believers. Won't that be a glorious time? If you know Christ it will be. If you refuse to repent and believe Him you will be in torment, friend. Oh, may you turn to Christ before He comes! The Lord Jesus Christ is coming back soon When He comes, He’ll quietly take His Bride out Will you be taken? I will, While the earth is going through the awful Tribulation which will last for seven years, the Bride and the Groom shall be at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. At the end of the Tribulation, the angels will be sent to gather the elect from the four corners of the earth Then the Son of man shall come in all His glory, and all the holv angels with ■ ■WANTED: " SOUTHERN BELL DATA SYSTEMS SPECIALIST The leader in the com munications industry seeks individual with a data processing and business background to work in Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston Salem and Raleigh, NC.
