Bond 007 adventure to be filmed, it
was jointly announced here today
by producer Albert R. Broccoli and
Steven Bach, Senior Vice Presi
dent-Worldwide Production for
United Artists Corporation.
“Octopussy”, by Ian Fleming,
first appeared in print in the
London Daily Express in England,
and in “Playboy" magazine in the
United States.

utilizing the “For Your Eyes Only”
production team under executive
producer Michael G. Wilson. The
start date for principal photo
graphy is being slotted for early
- 1982, with the initial release for

successful series, will be filmed at
Pinewood Studios, and like all
previous 12 James Bond films, it
will be released by United Artists,
