Smith Univers ity, departed from this life Monday, June 22 She worked at Johnson C. Smith for almost 25 years. As personnel officer, she touched the lives of each employee who came aboard to join the JCSU family for many years. She took a sincere interest in the welfare and well being of each employee. “She was loyal and dedi cated and was loved by all her friends at the Univers ity," University President Wilbert Greenfield said “We will miss her friend ship and the caliber and quality of work as well as the dedication with which she performed each task She took great pride in seeing that each task was done with superior quality.
