Inc. will be held at the Sheraton Washington Hotel in Washington. D C., Au gust 1-5. Mrs Mona H Bailey, Delta national pre sident, announced here last week. In addition to official activities at the Sheraton Washington.—convention functions will also be held at the Washington Hiitnn and the Shoreham Dunfev Hotel. Some 8.uoo Delta dele gates from all over the country are expected to attend the convention whose theme is "Delta's Impact on the 80s: Black Youth, Black Women." Mrs. Bailey said "It will be an exciting convention for us," she said, "because our mem bers are returning to Wash ington where Delta Sigma Theta was founded in 1913 at Howard University.
