Dr. Charles O. Milford, pastor of Park Road Baptist Church, will be the speaker. All members of the community are invited. + + + + + The Morehouse School of Medi cine in Atlanta, Ga., has dedicated its first permanent facility and received a $2.6 million federal grant to assure its conversion to a four-vear degree granting institu tion by 1985. The present two-year medical school, is now beginning its fifth year of classes. +TTTT As of July 30, $8,000 had been raised for the Coleman-Cannon Fund, according to Mayor Eddie Knox. This fund was created to aid the children of the slain Charlotte Police officers, Ernest Coleman and Edmond N. Cannon. There are many people and organizations donating to this worthy cause.
