' Bo Derek Stars In “10” Dudley Moore, Julie An drews and Bo Derett star in Blake Edwards’ “10,” an exuberant comedy about a middle-aged pop music composer who falls bead over heels in love with a nubile young blonde and makes a spectacle of him self while chasing her, to be rebroadcast as a special movie presentation, Satur day, February 5, at 8:30 pm. on WBTV, Channel 3. ueorge Webber (Moore) is a 42-year-old pop music composer with a fancy home in the Hollywood Hills, a Rolls-Royce in the driveway and a sexy sing er (Miss Andrews), as his girlfriend. One indication that he is not completely content, though, is that he has a high-powered tele scope which he keeps trained on an apartment across the road, through which be periodically ogles a round-the-clock orgy that’s been going on as long as he can remember. George’s obsession leads Wm to a psychiatrist’s couch, an afternoon of agony, in a dentist’s chair and finally, to a romantic tropical isle, where Jenny and her new husband have gone to honeymoon. As George moons about on the beach, fantasizing wildly about the girl, his errant quest ambles to a bitter - sweet conclusion. The Michael Porter Trio consists of Asheville native Michael Porter and Char lotte natives Harold Alex ander and Danny Black. Porter attended N.C. Agri cultural and Technical State University. He has performed all along the East Coast and is a mem ber of the American Indi genous Music Ensemble, an adjunct of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra that deals with jazz lectures, demonstrations and perfor mances. Alexander plays several instruments, but mainly shows his skills as a piano player with the trio. Black I rounds out the trio as a percussionist, who has been performing in an around the Charlotte area for several years. Male Groupies Male groupies are getting slicker all the time.
