Rev. Hawthorne haa
been a minister for almost
six years beginning st St.
Luke Baptist Church,
pastored by Rev. L. D.
Parker.
During this time he
served as one of tbe as
sociate ministers for over
two years. For the pest
three years, Rev. Haw
thorne has pastored at
Pleasant Plain Baptist
Church located in Lancast
er, South Carolina.
’ Rev. Hawthorne has a
Bachelor of Science degree
from Fayetteville State
University and a Masters
of Education degree from
tbe University of North
Carolina at Charlotte. He la
presently pursuing the
Master of Divinity degree
at Shaw Divinity School in
Raleigh.
