MYERSPARK
Myers Park was named in several
coaches’ ,pre-season poll so the fact that
they ar£ doing well is not really a
surprise. 1'
v What is a surprise is talented newcomer
Paul Grier who has given the Mustangs a
powerful inside game with his short
Sveraging 13.2 points per game
letter as the season progresses.
Mltftangs’^pte
n, hhs improved his average
it yhar to 16.9 this year.
•u is up to 11.1 from 4.3 of last
ite Lewis is up to 7.7. from 2.6.
The Mustangs are not as good as they
could be. Depth is still a major problem and
ip a tight, physical game, they might have
problems should Workman or someone foul
out. But they have passed most of their
|naior> tests and deserve a good grade.

average to drop.
i Nevertheless, they have won as many
games as they did last year and that has to
indicate that the team is on the rise.
