St. Paul Holds Dedication Services Dedication services were held recently at St. Paul Baptist Church (or 35 ba bies, three new buses, and the wing extension of the church. Guest speaker was Rev. ; David Carter, pastor of St. Paul Baptist Church in Laurens, S.C. Babies dedicated includ ed Chantilly Deon Alexan der, Rochelle L. Anderson, Alafia Barnetee, Gabriel L. Booker, Laytoya G. Brad shaw, Summer Tenelle Brown, Christopher Dante Clawson, Keviea Cooper, Shanika JeVon Knotts, Kenneth G. Little, Deshawn Shash Mazyck, '.and K-Londa Monta Me Cullough. Janie Tierra McCul . lough, Daniel Cecil Mit Jchell, Darryll Lorenzo Pickett and Julius Dwight , Reid were also dedicated. Proceeds will go to plant trees in Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. A $5 donation will allow local Haitians to plant 50 eucalyptus seed lings («- to purchase 7,000 eucalyptus seeds). A $10 donation will plant 100 trees. Honorees will be notified of the gift. “Give a gift that grows" is an alternate giving pro ject (or the national or ganiution, "Cere Of the earth." Money rained through the project will help to revitalise Haiti’s environment, teach ecolo gical concepts and provide jobs for Haitain people in nurseries.
