By Loretta Manago Post Staff Writer The initial efforts of Willie Dae of Qethscmane— Baptist Church, Mattie Caldwell of Ebenezer Baptist Church and Josephine Goodwin of Walls Memorial AME Zion Church paid off tremendously.__1_. They were the top sellers and therefore the winners of the first week’s prizes. Mrs. Goodwin who came in third place won the facial and make-ova by Hair Original. Both Dae and Mrs. Caldwell took first place. Because of their tied position, both contest ants will flip a coin to see ^o wins the >150 shopping - spree at Ruth’s Fashion Shoppe or the $50 cash prize from Jimmie Grier of Jimmie Grier’s Alter House. Next week the contestant or committee person who has accumulated the highest amount of sales in the first three weeks of the contest will have a chance of winning one of three gifts. i ne House oi coann wui donate $50 worth of beauty products.
