All branches of the Public Li brary will also be closed, and the three County landfills - York Road, Harrisburg Road, and Holbrooks Road - will be closed. All County parks, including Mc Dowell, McAlpine, Latta Planta tion, Ramsey Creek, and Idelwild Road, will remain open for the holiday.
