I Soft Over Now that we’re fully into the rerun season, it seems that the time can’t pass quickly enough before a new season begins. Most of you soap opera fans are probably at the edge of jronr seats wondering what the premiere of the two favorite nighttime pro grams, “Dallas” and “Dynasty,” will shock you mkay. Iarimtm, ym hooked on “Dallas ”) So, since “Dallas” is my primo show, let’s make a few predictions about it. Since Cliff Barnes has no legal rights to the Ewing oil; I predict that he will go on a drinking binge, be come abusive to his newly wad wife and just generally make a* decline-in both his bMinese and personal af fairs. Of course, every time he hears the name J.R. Ewing he will become un controllably violent and lash out at whatever and whoever is near him. Now for the harder sub ject, J.R. Is it possible that heartless J.R. Ewing has Winger? Or will he treat her like another object he has won her? One for sure. Sue Ellen, isn't wimi aoout "uynasty?” By some coincidence I hap pened to watch the last show of this series. If me mory serves me correctly, everyone got sprayed with ammunition fire by a terrorist group at Alexis' daughter’s wedding. If it were left up to me, half of those characters would remain dead. Why do I say that? Steven’s confused feelings between hi* estranged wife, Claudia, and his male lover istoore than sickening. My Prediction for them is that Claudia will have a sex change operation. That way, Steven can finally have his cake and eat it too. Blake and Crystal are a good couple. Yet, this year, they have been flirting with the idea of having an af fair I predict that they will finally go for it and regret it later. On the last episode Dex ter had left Alexis. When H WITH LORETTA MANAGO i happen Loretta the fall season starts, I predict that he and Aman da will have a torrid af fair, if the possibility of them getting together doesn’t pan out. Of course, Sammy Jo will play the female villian role. Like every (good?) soap opera there is that woman whom we love to hate. No doubt about it, Sammy Jo is it for “Dynasty.” Last, but not least, .the news that Fallon will re turn is old. But what I also have heard is that Fallon and Jeff will be starting their own version of “Dy nasty.” TTie question that comes to my mind is, Will it work? Evidently, someone thinks so. But I guess we all have to wait until this fall to see.
