energy assistance program may be
able to help you. All applicants must
meet income levels set by the go
vernment, have beating bills to pay
and have no assets above tUOO. An
applicant must apply by November
27 and have proof of income re
ceived by the household during the
month of October and their ftyUj
Security card. This information
should be brought to the Charlotte
Mecklenburg Youth Council, ISM
Clay Ave., Monday - Friday, from 9
