CRANBERRY GLAZED HENS 4 fresh or frozen Rock Cornish hens (thawed, if frozen) 1 can (8-oz.) jellied cran berry sauce 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 1 tsp. onion powder % tsp. ground cinnamon Remove and discard gib lets and necks from hens. Rinse under cold running water; drain well and pat dry. Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, lite soy sauce, onion powder, cinnamon and 3 table spoons water in small saucepan. Heat over me dium heat until cranberry sauce dissolves and mix ture is smooth (do not boil). Cornish hens are glazed with cranberry mixture. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
