Troy Gaston To Spend One Month hi Jordan Troy Gaston of Charlotte has been selected to receive an Intern scholarship to the 'Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan tea: the summer of 1998. The scholarship involves a on^-week internship in a business or : government activity in Jordan and three weeks of academic instruc tion and trips to historical sites ;tbroughout Jordan. Gaston Is the son of Rev. Retoy and Mrs. Ada Gaston of Charlotte. - He is a senior at Livingstone College majoring in History. In addi tion to receiving the scholarship, Gaston is president of the Pre Alumni Council at Livingstone and is an Honor Studeot ranked 15tb on the Dean's List for 1U11985.
