By Joe Brawn

A noticeable dresser has
his or her own style to
capture a personal image
of taste and Michele
Thomas prefers to capture
her special image by dress
ing with class.
“I like to dress with
class, because it is Very
different. to me. I enjoy
dressing in suits and dress
es and other very nice
things. I like the image of
being a woman," relates
Thomas.
Dressing in outfits that
fit her personality is a
definite yes for this stylish
dresser who says she likes
the elegant “Dynasty”
look.
“Your style of dress
reflects the type of person
you really are. I want my
clothing to reflect to people
that I am a serious
minded, career-oriented,
professional young
woman," Thomas
describes.
The 24-year-old “Best
Dressed” candidate admits
that she is a bargain shop
per, but doesn’t say no to
expensive things. Thomas
reveals that she buys a lot
of name brand and design
er clothing such as Gucci
and Agnier and tries to
make it first priority as she
puts it “not to see herself in
the same outfit too much.”
Thomas describes her
style of dress as a nice
stylish dress, combine^ „

Thomas stands 5*6” tall
and considers herself a
more conservative and
conventional dresser. She
tips the message that she is
not into fads, but prefers
more of the “Dynasty”
look which has a lot to do
with the matching up of her
“I make sue my shoes
are matched with my out
fit. There is no special
section that I concentrate
on the most, because I like
to match from head to toe.
My natts are polished to the
color of my outfit and so is
my jewelry when it comes
to blending with the outfit,"
details Thomas.
The classy dresser buys
her accessories at the
stores where she purchases
her clothing. She tips
that the same store usually
has the jewelry to match.

Still there is another
special part of her war
drobe that reflects
Thomas’ personality and
her image of being a
woman. “In my everyday
goings, I always carry my
handbag. Times when I
may go to a nice dinner, I
would carry my bag and
gloves. I don’t just take
them and leave them in the
car, but I actually carry
them as part of my outfit.
My wardrobe counts as
part of me being a woman
and this is one of those
things that I insist on
doing,” states Thomas.
Thomas’ favorite colors
in her wardrobe are laven
ders, pinks, whites, and
blacks which she says give
her that dressy and classy
look. Her chosen material
of clothing are linen and
silk.
Her suggestions on
dressing well communi
cates, "People should
understand that they
cannot wear anything,
because of their shape, size
and color of clothing
When dressing, a woman
needs to pick a color that
complements her skin tone
and height and remember
accessories such as nails
are just as important and
can be used to accent her
dresses. A good makeup
needs to blend into the
outfit and not stand away."
The greatest problem of
her wardrobe are her
shoes, she says.
