1 pkg. (5.5 oz.) noodles Roman
off mix
1 can (7-1/2 to 7-3/4 oz.) salmon,
drained and flaked
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms,
drained
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Prepare noodles according to
package directions. Combine pre
pared noodles with salmon, mush
rooms, cottage cheese, green onion
and dill. Spoon into buttered 1-1/2
quart casserole. Bake at 350® F. 20
to 30 minutes. Stir before serving.

QUICK SALMON RICE
CASSEROLE
1 can (7-1/2 to 7-3/4 oz.) salmon,
drained
3 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack
cheese
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
Flake salmon into buttered 1-1/2
quart casserole. Add remaining in
gredients; mix well. Bake at 350® F.
25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 serv
