The conference tournaments for the two local conferences begin on February 23 and last through February 27. The sectionals, in which five teams from conference will be invited, will be held from March 2-7. I am going out on a limb and predicting the teams that will go from each conference. I believe one team, North Mecklenburg, is good enough to advance to the regionals on March 12 14. ■ The state championship will be held March 21 at the Deandome in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. *' ,%■ y^JEHr>j 'taf-v. .jji.irfML ^ -ifei ■' jtTKyk-/*m Prom the Southwestern 4A'Conference: Myers Park, Independence, Garinger, East Mecklen burg, Hunter Huss.
