Each of these women (respectively, Georgette Watson, Anita DePrantz, Oprah Winfrev. Valerie Capers, Rev. Barbara King, and Marla Gibbs) is making history-a breed apart, yet part of a continuing tradition. The wom en will be honored at a gala dinner on November 21 at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles.
