The Charlotte Area 'Radio Managers'(CHARM) is the •name that has bean given to a jnewly 'formed organization com ipriaed of nine general managers of Jrsdio stations in the Charlotte Met ropolitan area. Other Charlotte ra ;dio broadcasters will be Invited to join.
