Frat houses are privately owned. Four other men were arrested early Saturday in connection with the Incident, but were re leased. No charges were filed against them. Witnesses described Jones as the alleged gunmam. The elder Jones, 56, has pro duced albums for numerous art ists, including Michael Jack son's hit "Thriller." The Grammy Award-winner also composed the scores for such films as "In Cold Blood" and "The Color Purple."
