Freshman forward Jesse Nimmo, 6 2 of Virginia

new Jesse Helms Center. At press time, Chowan
owned a 22-4 record and was assured of a fourth
straight appearance in the regional tournament
after clinching the Eastern Tarheel Conference
regular season championship.
