esteem — even those who already feel they've mastered it. That's what happens at
Connections workshops. The techniques are no secret. In a safe, nurturing environ
ment. they totally encourage learning and practicing self-esteem and nonthreatening
intimacy.
Freedom is the payoff. Freedom to be who you are — and to love who you are, possibly
for the first time. New freedom from paralyzing fear of rejection. Wonderful freedom
to communicate and interact truthfully, nonjudgmentally.
