Certainly, all the natural resources of the state need encour agement and fostering and one of these is the great flsh and oyster in terests, worth millions of dollars to the state and which has In its im measurable possibilities. There Is an Immense demand all over the country, as well as at home for flsh, oysters and kindred natural the restoration of the industry ana the encouragement of its growth.
