(By United Press)
Baltimore. July 26. ? The one be

the creW'of the Deutschlapd la the
possibility that the warships of the
allies will be so sealous in their at
tempt to capture the submarine that
they might overstep the three-mile
limit. The mysterious movements of
the allied patrol ships furnish the
basis for tlils belief. In the mean
time. a British tramp steamer lies
anchored across the path that the
Deutachland will have to take and
la In a position to report every
movement.
I>urlng the early hours this morn
lag. the Tug Tlmmons engaged in a
mysterious loading of some cargo on
board of the submarine. Several
times lights were extinguished In or
der to prevent watchers from seeing
what was transported on boaVd.
Captain Koenig and his crew do
not believe that the submarine, Bre
men. ia in trouble. They still Insist
that ahe will dock here.
