That it shall be unlswful for any person to turn any sutomoblle carrlsge. buggy, cart or wagon or other vehicle around on Main street between Market and Gladden streets, or at the intersection of either, and all persons desiring to go in the op posite direction to thnt their vehicle Is headed, are hereby required to drive around the block, or off Main street, before turning said vehicle. 2. ?
