To the Editor:
As soon asVourt la over and 1 can
gel dm?, unless some person does so
before then, 1 shall ask a space in
jour paper on the subject of your
editorial In yesterday's Issue entitled
"Butler and Bonds." I know your
paper does not want to be Inaccurate
about so Important a matter. I am
getting to be very fond of your paper
and have lately complained a.t the
office because you deliver it so late I
fall to get It. The editorial Is great
ly Inaccurate, and as It touches such
an Important question, you will
surely be willing (or ine. when I g"t
time, to write a short article on the
subject.
Yours truly.

Dear sir:
Replying to yomr tvnjr of the 21at
Inst., It is with a great deal or pk?ns
ure that we extend to you the use of
8ueh aflace aa you may desire to Jia
cuss the North Carolina bond issue
referred to in our editorial of No
vember 20th.
We do this for a two-fold purpose:
flrat, because we are confident that
you will confine yourself strictly to
the records and to facts as they may
appear rather than to argument;
rccond. because we are of the opinion
that an open and frank discussion of
the fai'Cs will not or.ly prove <ater
< *tinc but will be of value to all who
have a deal m to familiarize them
selves with this particular Inauo of
bonds referred to.
A a vet we do not admit that our
?dltorlal waA Inaccurate but we are
open to conviction and hope you may
be^able to produce convincing proof
to substantiate your charge of inac
curacy.
With very best wishes.
Sincerely yours,
THE DAILY NEWS.

OLD-TIME COLO CUBE
DRINK HOT TEA I
Get a small package of Hamburg
Brcabt Tea, or as tlie German folks
call it, "Hamburger Bruat Thee," at any
pharmacy. Take a tablespoonful of this
tea, put a cup of boiling water upon
It, pour through a sieve and drink a
teacup full at any time during the
day or beforo retiring. It is the most
effective way to break a cold and cur?
grip, an it opens the pores of the tkin,
relieving congestion. Also loosens the
bowel*, thus breaking tip a cold.
Try it the next timcyou suffer from
a cold or tho grip. It is inexpensive
and entirely vegetable, therefore sale
