Only one luring of tobacco had been made in the building prior to its destruction. HELD FOR FORUERY Sam Robbins, Northwest Township negro, was arrested last' week by Rural Policeman O. W.1 Perry. He was held for yesteriay's session of the New Hanjver Recorder's court on a chaige jf forgery. It is alleged that in some manner Robhins got hold of the automobile title of Willie Blanks, another negro. He is acsused of sending this title to Raleigh and having ownership of the car transferred to his father, vho took possession from Blanks.
