Stan ley, Convicted Of Wreck ing Jail Every week this paper has to j gently but firmly refuse to leave j anything out when it ia found on the books of the Recorder's court. In that case everything that goes in has to come out. This week there happened a heretofore unheard of opposite from the routine. Robert L. Stan ley, of Shallotte, approached a reporter with a bill he had re ceived. The bill was for the sums of $33.05 for a fine and costs for being drunk and an additional $49.45 for wrecking the Bruns wick county jail where he was incarcerated for a short time. "I want you to make a good long story about it," said Mr. Stanley. "It was the first time I ever had a key turned on me." "Did you wreck the jail?" ask ed the reporter, referring to the bill and noting the item for $49.45 for repairs. "The Jailer said so," said Mr. Stanley, "I don't know about it. All I know Is that they charged, me 133.05 for getting: locked up i end $49.45 for repair?." LIKES HIS BEACH "Hie family of Guy Boetly, of Mt.
