some, of Richard Brendle's great
poetry on the black board of Mr.
Sanders' tilass room . . We heard
Bobby Spencer telling everyone I
about stealing home during the

Joan Marie . . The seniors and

whole group of youngsters going

Seen Around: Hats, suits, |
dresses, shoes and everything else!
that comes with Easter. The whole 1
year compared to the sights of,
Easfer is nothing. Since we're
sure you all want to know what
some of our local boys and girls
wore, here goes. Sunday schools
all over town were alive when
such girls as Latitia Hickman in
her lovely pink bonnet; Nancy |
Swan in her outfit including a '
pink gardinia; Mary Ann Loughlin !
who was dressed just right in her
suit and blue accessories; Karen i
Swan real Eastery from the top '
of her feather to the tip of her
toes; Sue Williamson awfully cute
hat and all; and Bernice Phelps
dressed in green with white . . I
The McRacken twins also looked
mighty nice . .After Sunday
school we saw Janice Swain in her j
navy blue; Harriett Corlette in ?
her brown, with white; Stuart |
Arrington in her navy blue and i
'pink and Elizabeth Lupton in
navy blue with white . .Don't!
think our boys didn't dress up be- |
cause Sonny Hickman had on aj
new shirt with a lovely tie; Billy |
McDowell had on a brown suit I
and an awfully flashy tie and all
of our boys loked nice . . Sunday
morning didn't end Easter how
ever, because in the afternoon we
saw Lena Ward, who had a
beautiful suit with red acces- j
sories; and Linda Hickman, who
looked awfully nice.
The Methodist gave their Eas
ter Cantata in the afternoon Here
we saw everybody including Jan
ice Trunnel and her hat. But all
days come to an end and we're
sure this one came to a beautiful
one, because the Baptists gave
their cantata Sunday night. We
particularly want to mention the
lovely solos sung by Patricia
Adams and Gloria* Hewett.
Now Monday! we saw Betty

Smith, and nearly all of our sen

miring some new pictures . . We

Our Seniors are giving their play!
"Tons of Trouble" for the folks |
at Bolivia and the audience also
